Many donors receive great satisfaction and goodwill when they see what their donations provide. Donations can be made as a single gift or in a monthly/yearly giving program. They can commemorate any occasion; birthday, anniversary, retirement; get well, new arrival, best wishes etc.
The Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation is a registered not-for-profit charity with a charitable tax number of 89030 9248 RR0001.
Currently the combined federal and provincial tax credit for cash and cash equivalent donations equals 46.4%. This means a gift of $1,000 will result in a tax savings of $464.00, so the actual cost of the gift is only $536.00. Please ensure you include an address where your gift receipt can be mailed to.
Cash or Credit Card Donations:
Cash donations can be made in person at the Foundation office which is located at 21 McGivern Street, Walkerton, Ontario. We are located on the first floor of the Walkerton site Hospital.
Credit Card donations can also be bought in person to the Foundation Office. You are also more than welcome to phone in or send these donations by mail. We ask for your credit card number and the expiry date. Please be assured that this is private information and the Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation adheres to the Privacy Policy.
